How to take the tablets
Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet twice a day in 200 ml of water and drink. Follow the recommended daily dosage on the package (2 tablets per day). It is not intended for pregnant and lactating women and children under 12 years of age. The dietary supplement is not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Store in a cool, dry place out of the reach of children. Contains caffeine (56 mg in a daily dose).
