If they need you, a long press of the SOS button will let you know immediately. The WatchY4 Sport supports phone calls, video calls, voice messages, and text messages, so you can stay in touch with your child at all times. Thanks to the FamilyCareConnect system, you have full control over who can communicate with your child. For younger children, you can simply set up a list of approved contacts, while older children can connect with friends using the FriendsConnect feature and stay in touch without needing social media.

Dobrý den, hodinky dostala dcera na vánoce, co se týče funkcí jako volání apod, nemáme vůbec problém. Problém máme převážně s polohou, polohu to ukazuje mnohdy třeba o 3 km dál než se nachází. Je ve škole a ukazuje nám, že se nachází ve vesnici vedle. Hodinky jsme brali primárně kvůli tomu, aby jsme věděli jak se pohybuje po cestě ze školy (bude ji 7) ale s tímto se na ně vůbec nemůžeme spolehnout. Je to chyba kusu? nebo to případně nějaké aktualizace napraví? Jednou za čas se to trefí a je na správném místě, ale při chůzi (cestě domů) to je naprosto nepřesné a hapruje poloha v rozmezí od 100m až po par kilometrů.

Na webu výrobce se mi nedaří najít žádnou konkrétní informaci, doporučené příslušenství na Alze se zdá být generické.

Jak funguje dobíjení dat na sim kartu? Mohu si aktivovat u libovolného operátora datový balíček nebo se to dobíjí nějak přes LAMAX? Pokud přes LAMAX, jaké jsou ceny?

Po pár dnech po vložení SIM s daty jsou nefunkční videohovory i chat(ani na hodinky, ani z hodinek) a lokalizace nefunguje. Nativní SMS a volání funguje, co jde přes data tak ne.
Nastavení -> APN -> Uložení(bez jakýchkoli změn). Stejné = nefunguje.
Nastavení -> WiFi -> Zapnutí, spojení se s nastavenou WiFi, vypnutí wifi. V tom data a služby začaly fungovat, zajímavé, jakési prošťouchnutí?
Toto přeně dělaly i LAMAX WatchY4 Play Pink, které jsme kvůli tomu vrátili.
