Use:
The menstrual cup is inserted similarly to a tampon, but lasts up to 2 times longer. Just boot it up and forget about it for up to 12 hours. Then just rinse with water and re-introduce. At the end of menstruation, it is recommended to sterilize the cup by boiling it in water (for about 5 minutes) or using Milton sterilization tablets.

The handle can be freely shortened to the length that suits you best. It can also be completely removed. Pay attention to proper shortening to avoid damaging the LadyCup. Use a sharp knife or scissors to trim. Size S (small) is suitable for women with weaker periods and for those who have not given birth vaginally.
