Blood on the snow

The first volume of a thriller duology from the king of Nordic crime literature

One killer. Two big problems.

He can't drive a car slowly, he's soft as butter, he falls in love too easily if he gets angry, he loses his head, and he's lousy at math. He has read a little, but he doesn't know much and certainly doesn't have the kind of knowledge that would be useful. And he writes slower than a stalactite grows. So what is it good for?

He's a great killer. They don't have to drive, they mostly kill people who deserve it, and it's not a complicated calculus. At least for now, they weren't. Until he got a new assignment from his boss: to deal with his wife.

"You can read the book in one evening, the story will keep you awake, you let the author lead you around and you enjoy it, has a great plot, is brisk, concise and original, has all the makings of a great read. You just have to forget about Hole."
