Vitamin B12 is important for the proper functioning of the nervous system and mental activity, and reduces tiredness and fatigue.
Active substances per 1 tablet:
Vitamin B12 - 1000mcg = 40,000% NRV (Nutrient Reference Value)
Dosage:
1 tablet once a day. Wash down with plenty of liquid. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
