Ortanol 10 mg 28 enterosolvent capsules
Sandoz Ortanol 10 mg 28 hard capsules
Ortanol is used in adults for the short-term treatment of reflux symptoms such as heartburn and acid regurgitation.
Dosage and method of use
Usually 2 capsules of the product are taken 1 time a day (preferably in the morning) for 14 days. The dosage varies according to the nature of the disease. Full dosage information is provided in the package insert. The duration of treatment without medical supervision must not exceed 14 days.
Contraindications
Do not take the product in case of allergy to omeprazole or to any other ingredient of this product, as well as to drugs containing other proton pump inhibitors (e.g. pantoprazole, lansoprazole, rabeprazole, esomeprazole), or if you are taking a medicine containing nelfinavir (used to treat HIV infection). Storage
Keep this product out of sight and reach of children. Do not use this product after the expiry date stated on the box, blister/label for
"EXP".
The expiry date shall be the last day of the month indicated.
