Vitamin B6 contributes to the maintenance of normal energy metabolism and supports the proper function of the nervous system.

Vitamin B6, also known as pyridoxine, is a water-soluble component of the B vitamin group that must be taken from external sources because the body cannot synthesize it on its own. It is mainly found in whole grain cereal products, offal, dried legumes and dietary supplements. OstroVit uses vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxal-5'-phosphate, a chemically active form with high bioavailability, which positively influences the quality of the dietary supplement.
