The dish is made of aluminium and its surface is coated with the Teflon Select material. A plastic ear is attached for better handling. The stand is made of heat-resistant plastic. The lid is equipped with a heater. The lid is also equipped with glass for easy food control. Excess heat and steam generated by baking can escape through the valves in the lid. The bottom part of the lid, like the bowl, is covered with the Teflon material. You can turn the heater off and on by the switch on the top part of the lid.
