Salente QuickDry
The Salente QuickDry stainless steel professional dryer offers even drying of mushrooms, fruits, vegetables, herbs, tea and other ingredients with maximum user comfort thanks to a touch-sensitive control panel with digital display and very simple temperature and time settings with the possibility of changing the set values at will even during drying. The temperature can be set in the range of 35-75 °C in 5 °C increments and the time can be set in the range of 30 min. up to 24 hours in 30-minute increments. Thanks to the materials used, it has an extended service life and is very easy to maintain and clean. Included with this model are 10 large stainless steel drying plates, which are also dishwasher safe. The dimensions of the platter are 39.4 × 38 cm, offering a record drying area of 1497 cm². The plates are made of high quality stainless steel and the entire dryer meets the very strict LFGB standard for direct food contact. In addition, stainless steel offers extended service life.

Rich equipment and even drying on all floors
An extra feature of this model is a set of ten drying plates with fine mesh for drying finer and sticky materials, e.g. mushrooms, herbs, bananas, tomatoes, etc. It also comes with a drip tray on the bottom of the dryer to catch excess juices from some ingredients, making cleaning the stainless steel interior of the dryer much easier. The dimensions of the plate and tray are 39,4 × 38 cm. Even drying on all floors without the need to rotate the raw materials and stacking of drying plates is guaranteed by an extra large fan with a record diameter of 18 cm. The warm air is distributed horizontally, ensuring the same temperature on all floors.
