Use:

Prepare a bowl and a wooden or plastic spatula (white clay should not come into contact with metal). Prepare a face and body mask by mixing clay and water in a ratio of about 1:1. You can also enhance the mask with floral water or 2 to 3 drops of a suitable 100% natural essential oil. Apply the mask to the face or body, except for the eye area and lips. Leave on for about 15-20 minutes, then rinse with warm water and pat dry. The skin after clay mask treatment can sometimes react with redness, which is a completely natural skin reaction. In case of use on dry skin, it is advisable to add a few drops of high quality cold-pressed vegetable oil, e.g. almond, organic argan, organic borage, etc.

Wraps and compresses: Clay can also be used for hot or cold packs and compresses of problematic areas, rheumatic problems and skin detoxification. Preparation - create a thicker clay paste by mixing it in either warm or cold water and applying it with a spatula to a piece of natural fabric in a higher layer of about 1 to 2 cm. Apply to the problem area, you can also use food foil to cover. Leave on for at least 1 hour or overnight. Then wash off thoroughly.

Baths: Mix 3 to 4 tablespoons of clay in a tub of warm water, or you can also enhance with the addition of 1 to 2 tablespoons of a good quality bath oil. You will enjoy a cleansing and relaxing treatment for about 20 minutes. A clay bath has amazing softening and soothing effects on dry and over-dried skin. Partial foot and hand baths can also be performed in this way. The bath also helps to promote metabolism and thus helps to prevent the appearance of unpleasant cellulite.
