Biotin contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal mental activity, maintaining the normal condition of hair, skin and mucous membranes.
Does not contain: gluten, wheat, milk, Soy, yeast, preservatives, sweeteners, no artificial flavours or colours
Recommended dosage of Solgar Biotin dietary supplement:
As a dietary supplement, adults take one (1) herbal capsule daily, ideally with meals or as directed by a physician.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
