For maximum training efficiency, you can use heart rate measurement through palm heart rate sensors (called. Hand pulse) on the handles of the trainer. It has transport wheels for easy handling.

The trainer features a state-of-the-art LCD display (Liquid Crystal Display) that shows all the important information about your workout in real time. Thanks to the clear display, you will always have an overview of your performance. The SCAN function allows you to automatically alternate between all monitored values so you can focus on your workout without having to switch. The trainer also offers a manual mode where you can easily set a specific goal - whether it's duration, distance or number of calories burned. The heart rate is measured by palm sensors (hand pulse) located on the handles of the machine. Regular heart rate monitoring allows you to better control your training intensity, optimize fat burning and train safely within the recommended heart rate zone. With a handy tablet or smartphone holder, you can play your favourite music, podcast or YouTube video while you work out.
