The Switch Bot is powered by a CR2 3V battery. Enjoy extended performance with an efficient power design that delivers up to 600 days of battery life under normal use. The maximum range between SwitchBot Hub Plus/Mini and SwitchBot Bot (hereafter referred to as Bot) is 80 meters in the open field. The distance in the house is shorter depending on the specific radio environment and the walls in between.

The SwitchBot app is a simple tool for controlling your smart home. It allows you to control the SwitchBot with one tap on your smartphone, set timers and schedule appliances to automatically turn on and off according to your needs. In combination with SwitchBot Hub Mini, it also supports remote control and voice assistants.
Installation:
The place where the robotic arm presses your switch should be close to the area you normally touch. If you want to change the position of the robot after installation, you can hold it and forcefully turn it clockwise to remove it. When testing the robot position in switching mode, you can tap Reset to reset the arm angle. Then change the position and try again until you find the right spot.
