Combination of magnesium (magnesium) from natural source and vitamin B6 with lemon balm for people exposed to increased stress. Magnesium has a positive effect on muscle activity, relieves tension, in combination with lemon balm and B6 has a beneficial effect on the nervous system, especially during fatigue and exhaustion, to speed up recovery. Recommended dosage
1 capsule 1-2 times a day before meals. The capsule is swallowed whole with water, or split and the contents are poured into food or water. It can be used as needed and for a long time.
Notice
Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. It is not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
