Garmin Fenix 7X Pro stands out with its durable design, fitness features for monitoring your health, activity tracking, and solar charging. Thanks to its 10 ATM water resistance, you can take the smartwatch into challenging conditions without worrying about damage. The Garmin Fenix 7X Pro uses QuickFit straps, which you can easily swap for a strap of a different colour or material, so the watch can match both sporty and formal wear or other fashion accessories. The watch's 1.4" MIP display is protected by toughened Power Glass with solar charging. For precise positioning, the watch offers accurate GPS. The built-in battery keeps the Garmin smartwatch running for up to 28 days of use in smartwatch mode. With solar charging, this extends to up to 37 days.
Thanks to the high-capacity battery, you can enjoy up to 28 days of life on a single charge. With GPS enabled (all satellite systems), the watch's battery life is around 63 hours. For precise battery management, you can use the smart power manager. The display of the Garmin Fenix 7X Pro smartwatch is protected by Power Glass, which enables solar charging to extend the battery life. With it, the watch lasts up to 37 days in normal mode. The smartwatch has a 1.4-inch MIP display with a resolution of 280×280px, which is perfectly readable even in direct sunlight.
The smartwatch houses a built-in satellite receiver compatible with GPS, GLONASS and GALILEO systems, giving you accurate information about your current location. Satiq technology optimises power consumption when using GPS, resulting in better battery life. If you often venture into the great outdoors, you will appreciate the ABC sensors (Altimeter, Barometer and Compass) to make navigation easier. These sensors can be calibrated automatically, or you can calibrate them manually. The Garmin smartwatch includes a feature that shows the current altitude and uses a combination of several measured values (pulse oximeter, heart rate and breathing rate) to determine the degree of acclimatisation to changes in altitude or temperature. With water resistance up to 10 ATM, you can safely shower with the watch, swim in a pool, and continue to operate the watch using the buttons.
In the watch and mobile app, you can track a range of important metrics about your activity, health, and rest. You can see all the measured data in a clear format.
The Garmin Fenix watch is equipped with a whole range of sports profiles to record your activity, including running, cycling, swimming, skiing, golf, hiking, rowing and more. If the current selection isn't enough, you can use the Connect IQ platform to download more. Each sport lets you individually adjust the screen settings, features and power mode. The watch even comes with pre-installed animated workouts (cardio, yoga, pilates, strength training and HIIT). Simply activate them, and the watch display will show you not only what the exercises look like, but also how long you should do them for. You can download more via the Garmin Connect app to expand the current selection. For strength training fans, the Garmin Fenix 7X Pro Sapphire Solar has a special profile and feature where you can save information about exercises, weights lifted and your personal records. The feature can then graphically show which muscle groups you've worked. In the Garmin Connect app, you can create your own workouts by putting them together from over 1600 exercises stored in the database. Both amateur and advanced runners will appreciate the presence of the Garmin Coach virtual trainer to help prepare for a race. Runners will also have access to the PacePro feature, which you can use to plan your pace and the elevation profile of the race you're training for. You'll also get precise performance metrics to improve your training methods. For example, you'll discover your running dynamics, VO2 Max, acclimatisation status based on temperature and altitude, training effect, or activate the recovery advisor. Mountain bikers can look forward to the special Grit and Flow features, which evaluate the difficulty of the trail and the smoothness of the descent. This gives you feedback and shows you where and how you can improve. Skiing and ski-touring fans will find the Garmin Fenix 7X Pro Sapphire Solar watch a reliable tool for creating statistics on metres climbed and descended.
The inclusion of NFC lets you use popular contactless payments via Garmin Pay (if supported by your bank). Of course, it also provides notifications for incoming emails and other alerts from apps installed on your paired smartphone. If you have an Android phone, you can look forward to quick text or voice replies to messages. Another popular feature is the built-in music player with support for offline listening from Spotify, Deezer or Amazon Music. Simply connect wireless headphones to the Garmin Fenix 7X Pro Gray/Black Band watch via Bluetooth and listen to music even without your phone.
After pairing the Garmin Fenix 7X Pro Gray/Black Band watch with the Garmin Connect mobile app via Bluetooth, your recorded activity is automatically transferred to your personal training log for a comprehensive evaluation. The individual values are displayed in clear graphs, including training effect and recommended recovery time. Both the app and the user interface of the Garmin Fenix 7X Pro smartwatch are fully localised into English.
The open Connect IQ platform is designed for third-party developer apps, so you can discover and download new applications to help you customise your Garmin Fenix 7X Pro Gray/Black Band smartwatch to your needs. Stylish watch faces, fitness apps, online music platforms, handy tools, fun games and more are all available.
