Performance and supported technologies
The card contains 4096 stream processors divided into 64 compute units, which include third-generation ray tracing accelerators and second-generation AI accelerators. The card's power consumption is 304W and it requires two 8-pin power connectors and a power supply of at least 750W. The card supports AMD HYPR-RX technology with AFMF 2 and AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution 4, which improves image quality using AI.
Advanced cooling system
The card is cooled by the Tri-X Cooling system with Free Flow technology, which optimises airflow through the radiator fins. Fans with an AeroCurve blade design reduce air resistance and enable a higher RPM range while maintaining low noise levels. The fans are equipped with dual-ball bearings for quieter and more reliable operation. An integrated cooling module ensures direct contact with the GPU, memory and VRM for even heat dissipation. Honeywell PTM7950 thermal material is used between the GPU and the cooler to ensure effective thermal conductivity.
Durable construction and power
The card's design uses a reinforcing FrameDefense frame, which provides mechanical protection for all components and increases overall strength. The aluminium backplate helps dissipate heat and protects the PCB from bending. The card is mounted on a base with copper surfaces that have high thermal resistance for stable operation under heavy loads. The external PCI-E power circuit is protected by an overload fuse.
