Why is vitamin E important?
Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Oxidative stress is an imbalance between the formation of free radicals and their removal by natural scavengers – cellular antioxidants. Free radicals enter the body from the external environment through dust, smog particles, cigarette smoke, and fried foods, or are formed in the body during inflammatory diseases as by-products. In our body, they damage proteins and lipids, weakening the cells.
Ingredients
DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, carriers: olive oil, purified water; gelling agent: gelatine; humectant: glycerol; colour: carmine.
Recommended dosage
One capsule daily, with water.
