The Westmark Knöpfle spaetzle maker is designed for preparing homemade spaetzle. It consists of a stainless steel grating surface and a sliding plastic hopper where you place the dough. Simply move the hopper back and forth, and the spaetzle drop directly into the pot. The maker is suitable for pots and bowls with a diameter of up to 24cm. After use, the individual parts can be washed in the dishwasher.
