Almiral FORTE 20 mg/g gel

A medicinal product containing diclofenac from the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). The gel is designed to relieve pain, inflammation and swelling in painful conditions affecting joints and muscles. Thanks to its special composition, it is absorbed into the skin when massaged and penetrates deep into the inflamed tissue.

The product is intended for adults and adolescents from 14 years of age.
If you do not feel better within 7 days or if you feel worse, you must consult a doctor.

💊 Use

To relieve pain in muscle and joint injuries (e.g. sprains, strains, bruises)
Adults and adolescents aged 14 and over: Apply the gel twice a day (morning and evening) on the painful area. Use an amount the size of a cherry to walnut (2-4 g of gel). The maximum daily dose is 8 g of gel.

To relieve joint pain in osteoarthritis of the knee or fingers
For adults 18 years of age and older only and in consultation with a physician. Apply the gel twice a day on the affected area.

The gel is applied in a thin layer to the affected area and gently rubbed into the skin.
After application, wash your hands if they are not the area to be treated. Wait a few minutes for the gel to dry before applying the bandage.

🍃 Ingredients

Drug substance: diclofenac-diethylamine 23.2 mg in 1 g of gel, equivalent to 20 mg of diclofenac sodium.
Auxiliary substances: propylene glycol (E1520), isopropyl alcohol, Carbomer (C980), diethylamine, oleyl alcohol, liquid paraffin (E905a), cocoyl octanodecanoate, cetostearomacrogol, butylhydroxytoluene (E321), purified water, lavender care 57 (contains benzyl alcohol, citral, hydroxycitronellal, limonene and methyleugenol).

⚠️️ Warning

Children and adolescents:
Do not use in children under 14 years of age.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding:
Do not use during the last three months of pregnancy. Use during breastfeeding only after consulting a physician. The gel must not be applied to the breasts of a nursing mother or to large areas of skin.

Do not use on broken skin, open wounds or eczema. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Avoid direct sunlight and tanning beds after application. The product is intended for external use only.
Read the package insert carefully before using this product.

📦 Storage

Keep out of sight and reach of children. This medicine does not require any special storage conditions. Do not use after the expiry date stated on the packaging.
