Recommended dosage
Take 1-3 capsules with a meal, with plenty of water. Start by taking 1 capsule daily for 3-5 days. If the dose is well tolerated, increase the dosage to 2-3 capsules.
Notice
Not suitable for children, pregnant and lactating women. In case of side effects, reduce the dose.
