GingerPro ginger extract (5% gingerols) (root), vitamin C (l-ascorbic acid), vegetable capsule (HPMC), anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, rosehip powder extract 5:1 (fruit).
Recommended dosage
Take 1-3 capsules with a meal with plenty of water. Start by taking 1 capsule per day for 3-5 days, increase to 2-3 capsules if the dosage is well tolerated.
