ATP Vitamin D3 60 tob
It contributes to normal blood calcium levels, maintenance of proper bone health and normal immune system function. Contains lecithin to aid absorption. It is a dietary supplement.

What is "RHP"?
RHP stands for Reference Income Value. This is the amount of vitamins, minerals or other substances that a person should take daily to meet the recommended dietary allowances. The RHP serves as a guide for how much nutrients we should consume to maintain good health. Previously, this was also referred to as the recommended daily allowance ("RDA").

Take 1 capsule with a meal with plenty of water.
