Recommended dosage
Take 1 capsule once daily with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Pregnant women - Bio-Kult Boosted is suitable for pregnant women, however, as with other dietary supplements, we recommend consulting a doctor first. For travelers - take 1 capsule daily a week before and during your trip. Continue in the same way for at least a week after you return from your trip. When taking antibiotics - 1 capsule per day, ideally in between taking antibiotics and continue for at least 2 weeks after antibiotic treatment is completed. A dietary supplement should not be taken as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
Notice
It contains soy and milk because these ingredients are used in the production process during fermentation. The milk content is in such an amount that it should not affect people with lactose intolerance.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place - out of direct sunlight. Can be stored at normal room temperatures. No need to store in the refrigerator. Total amount of probiotic bacteria until the end of the expiration period. Keep out of reach of children.
