Psyllium is a soluble fibre that acts as a prebiotic in the gut. It promotes digestion and the health of the entire digestive tract by serving as a nutrient for the healthy bacteria (probiotics) that populate the gut microbiome. The powder is of organic quality and dissolves well.
Effective prebiotic
Psyllium is a powder from the seeds of Indian plantain. Like inulin, psyllium has the ability to nourish the probiotic bacteria in our gut. This helps to increase the number of these health-promoting bacteria and contributes to the health of the gastrointestinal tract.
Facilitates digestion
Psyllium is a fibre that increases its volume in the stomach, forms a gel-like mass and ensures a feeling of satiety. It is suitable for people who suffer from constipation, diarrhea, heavy stomach and indigestion.
Helper in the reduction diet
In the digestive tract, psyllium increases its volume and thus maintains a longer feeling of satiety. It is thus a suitable source of fibre in a reduction diet. Just mix the powder with water, smoothies, juice or add to baked goods.

Recommended dosage
Take 1-2 teaspoons dissolved in lukewarm water or juice. When consuming psyllium, it is recommended to drink sufficient fluids throughout the day.

The product is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Maintain a healthy lifestyle. We recommend that you do not take it with other minerals, vitamins or medications. Fibre acts very quickly and takes everything with it. Other dietary supplements thus do not have time to be absorbed sufficiently. We recommend at least a 2 hour break from taking other vitamins and minerals. The same applies to fibre-rich foods such as pulses, cruciferous vegetables or seeds. If your diet has been sporadic, even if you have become accustomed to eating foods containing fibre, some of the problems such as bloating or a full stomach may accompany it. These difficulties should gradually subside.
