With the CANDY CCHH 100E freezer, you don't have to worry about a sudden power cut. It keeps food frozen for a further 13 hours. This gives you time to move it, and if the power comes back on sooner, it won't make any difference to your food.
Manual defrosting
The CANDY CCHH 100E freezer needs to be defrosted manually. But there's no need to worry, it's quick and easy. Simply unplug the freezer before defrosting and remove the food and storage basket. The frost inside will melt, and you can then just wipe the water away with a dry cloth. If needed, you can also use an ice scraper to speed up the whole defrosting process.
