Clinical L-Tryptophan + Herbs contains maca, lemon balm and saffron to support mental health and positive mood. The product is enriched with vitamin B6 and organic magnesium Aquamin™, derived from mineralized seaweed of the genus Lithothamnion sp. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of fatigue and tiredness, as well as to normal muscle function, and, like vitamin B6, supports the proper functioning of the nervous system. Tryptophan and vitamin B6 are involved in the production of serotonin, a substance that helps transmit nerve impulses and affects our mood.

Ingredients
Filler (microcrystalline cellulose), L-tryptophan 200 mg, maca (Lepidium meyenii root extract 10:1) 200 mg, Aquamin™ marine magnesium (magnesium carbonate) 56.25 mg, Lemon balm (Mellisa officinalis flower extract 10:1) 50 mg, Saffron (Crocus sativus flower extract, 3% safranal) 10 mg, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) 2.8 mg, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).
Recommended dosage
Take 1 capsule 1 time per day. Wash down with plenty of liquid.
