DOLOGRAN VITAMIN contains the optimal combination of minerals and vitamins. B1 (thiamine), B6 (pyridoxine), vitamin E, beta-carotene, vitamin B12 and folic acid.

DOLOGRAN VITAMIN is of natural origin, it contains calcium and magnesium in a ratio that ensures good utilization in the human body. It has a unique granular form.
Active ingredients
- Calcium - is important for healthy bones and teeth, muscle function, transmission of nerve impulses and blood clotting.
- Magnesium - supports the nervous system, muscles and mental well-being, helps reduce fatigue and maintains electrolyte balance.
- Folic acid - it is involved in blood formation, cell division process and contributes to normal immune function.
- Vitamin B1 (thiamine) - contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and energy metabolism.
- Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) - supports protein metabolism, immunity and red blood cell production.
- Vitamin E - acts as an antioxidant, protects cells from oxidative stress.
- Beta-carotene - is a source of vitamin A, promotes good eyesight, skin and immune system.
- Vitamin B12 - is important for red blood cell formation, nerve function and fatigue reduction.

Recommended dosage

1 teaspoon (2 g) daily on an empty stomach or between meals

Storage
