Psyllium Dr. Popova CHOLESTEROL capsules contain a blend of high quality soluble fiber, chicory inulin and selected herbal extracts. Psyllium Dr. Popova limits the absorption of cholesterol and thus contributes to the maintenance of normal cholesterol levels. Rosemary extract also contributes to the maintenance of proper cholesterol levels, while green tea and gymnema extracts support fat metabolism. Psyllium also maintains normal bowel function - softening stools and aiding easy bowel movements.
What is psyllium fiber?
Psyllium is a soluble fibre that is obtained from the purified seed coats of Indian plantain (Plantago ovata). It grows in Iraq, Pakistan, Australia and especially in India, where the raw material is of the highest quality. Psyllium Dr. Popova increases its volume in the digestive tract up to 40 times. The resulting gel absorbs the excess fluid and by simple swelling (by mechanical force like a piston) pushes harmful fumes out of the tract. The basis of a clean organism and an integral criterion of good health is a healthy stool every day.
