What will it help with
- NAD for Life - Trillions of human cells rely on the substance NAD (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) to perform hundreds of metabolic functions, including a wide range of processes from energy production to maintaining healthy DNA. With increasing age, the amount of NAD decreases and cellular output decreases. Studies confirm that certain substances have the ability to increase and optimize the amount of cellular NAD. (Nicotinamide riboside chloride, Niacin, L-Tryptophan, Apigenin and PQQ).
- Regulation of physiological processes - The manifestations and speed of aging depend on lifestyle, diet, amount of sleep, physical activity and, last but not least, stress. Recommended dosage
Take 4 capsules in the morning or at noon with food. An alternative is 2 capsules in the morning and 2 at noon. For proper dissolution and absorption, drink at least a glass of water. Sensitive individuals may experience mild “tingling of the skin” (paresthesia). This is a natural and completely safe side effect of taking vitamin B3.
Notice
It is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. The product is not suitable for children, pregnant and breastfeeding women. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
