A smart and durable outdoor watch with GPS and solar charging
The Garmin Instinct 2X Solar will be a powerful partner on all your adventures. When you're out exploring nature, you'll particularly appreciate the Power Glass solar lens, which provides hybrid charging for the smartwatch, extending its battery life. A set of tactical features, numerous sports modes, built-in precision GPS and MIL-STD-810 military-grade durability make it a great tool even for extreme conditions. The transflective, memory-in-pixel (MIP) display is housed in a fibre-reinforced polymer case and protected by chemically strengthened Corning Gorilla Glass. This makes the watch resistant to scratches, impacts and high temperatures. The Garmin Instinct 2X Solar features a multi-LED torch with adjustable intensity and a strobe light option. NFC technology lets you use Garmin Pay contactless payments. The watch offers up to 40 days of battery life, and in smartwatch mode with solar charging, the battery life is virtually unlimited*.

Precise GPS, solar charging and a built-in LED torch
The smartwatch houses a built-in satellite receiver compatible with GPS, GLONASS and GALILEO systems, giving you accurate information about your current location. If you often venture into the field, you'll appreciate the ABC sensors (Altimeter, Barometer and Compass = three-axis compass) to make navigation easier. These sensors can be calibrated automatically, or you can calibrate them manually. The Garmin smartwatch features a widget that shows the current altitude and uses a combination of multiple measurements (pulse oximeter, heart rate and respiration rate) to determine your acclimatisation to changes in altitude or temperature. Using the navigation function, you can automatically calculate a route to your destination or plan your own on your computer or mobile phone. You can do this via mapy.cz and the Garmin Connect log. The Instinct 2X Solar smartwatch is equipped with a built-in LED torch with variable intensity and a strobe light. The Power Glass lens provides solar charging, which significantly extends battery life.
Plenty of features to make your daily life easier
The Garmin Instinct 2X Solar smartwatch features NFC technology for using the popular Garmin Pay contactless payments (if supported by your bank). Of course, you also get notifications for incoming emails, messages, calls and other alerts from apps installed on your paired smartphone. Via the Connect IQ platform, you can download new watch faces and apps to expand the functions of your Garmin Instinct 2X Solar smartwatch. If you have the watch paired with your phone, you can use the Incident Detection feature. This automatically or manually sends information about a possible incident to selected contacts. You can, of course, also transfer information from your calendar to the Garmin Instinct 2X Solar smartwatch to keep track of your schedule.
Garmin Instinct 2X Solar offers versatile sports use
The smartwatch has more than 25 integrated sports profiles for accurately tracking your activity. The Garmin Instinct 2X Solar can also track performance during obstacle course races, recording times between running and obstacle sections. On the first lap, you record it automatically, and then the watch will track everything on its own. Special sports profiles let you record and guide HIIT, Tabata, AMRAP, EMOM or custom workouts. Based on your fitness, the Garmin Instinct 2X Solar smartwatch can provide daily workout recommendations based on your fitness level, current load and training status. The recovery advisor will show you how much recovery time would be suitable for you. This function takes into account not only the intensity of your training, but also other factors such as stress, amount of sleep and daily activity level.
The smartwatch monitors your health functions
The Garmin Instinct 2X Solar is equipped with a high-quality optical sensor that monitors your heart rate and alerts you if your resting heart rate is too high or low for an extended period. The smartwatch can also monitor your heart rate during your activities. Thanks to Heart Rate Variability (HRV) information, you get a clearer picture of your health, recovery and performance. Using the Pulse Ox sensor, the Garmin smartwatch measures your blood oxygen saturation, so you'll know how well your body is absorbing oxygen. The Body Battery feature shows your body's energy on a scale from 0 to 100, which helps you plan your activities better. The Garmin Instinct 2X Solar monitors your sleep, recording light, deep and REM sleep stages. After pairing with your mobile phone, all data is transferred to the Garmin Connect app, where you can evaluate the results even more effectively.
Garmin Instinct 2X Solar uses QuickFit quick release bands
With the interchangeable QuickFit quick release bands, you can customise the look of your Garmin Instinct 2X smartwatch to match your style. Simply remove the band by sliding the pin and attach a new one. Silicone, leather or metal bands are available in a variety of colours.
Connect IQ store
The open Connect IQ platform is designed for third-party developer apps, so you can discover and download new apps to help you customise your Garmin Instinct 2X Solar smartwatch to your needs. There are stylish watch faces, fitness apps, online music platforms, handy tools, fun games and much more available.
The Garmin Connect app keeps a record of your activity
After pairing the Garmin Instinct 2X Solar watch with the Garmin Connect mobile app via Bluetooth, your recorded activity is automatically transferred to your personal training log, where it is comprehensively evaluated. The individual values are displayed in the form of clear graphs, including the training effect and recommended recovery time. The app and the user interface of the Garmin Instinct 2X Solar smartwatch are fully localised into Czech.
