Kill Switch function - with a key combination you set, you can erase all user data in the Garmin Tactix 7's memory in case of a threat. Garmin Tactix 7 Excels in Versatile Sports Use

You can look forward to running, cycling, swimming, skiing, strength training, indoor climbing, golf, yoga, surfing, and more. HIIT workouts - the Garmin watch has a sports profile that allows you to record HITT, AMRAP, EMOM, Tabata, and custom workouts. Set the desired number of sets, exercise and rest intervals, and much more. VO2 Max measurement - this value is an indicator of your predicted performance. The watch can measure your VO2 MAX value. Daily workout suggestions - the Garmin Tactix 7 smartwatch provides daily workout recommendations based on your fitness level and current training load. Recovery advisor - after any workout, you will always see how long you need to rest before you can start your next demanding workout. This function can take into account the intensity of your training, stress levels, your daily movement, and the quality and duration of your sleep. Mountain biking - want detailed data about your mountain bike ride? The Garmin Tactix 7 watch can measure the difficulty (Grit) and smoothness (Flow) of your ride, along with the number of jumps, their length, and a whole range of other statistics. PacePro function - runners in particular will appreciate this function, which allows you to plan your pace and the elevation profile of the race you want to prepare for. You will also get accurate performance metrics to improve your training methods. For example, you will find out your running dynamics, VO2 Max, your acclimatisation status based on temperature and altitude, training effect, or recovery advisor. Race predictor - based on your previous results and physical condition, the Garmin watch can predict what your pace and time could be for the distance you want to cover. Data on these trends will ultimately show the impact of your training over time.
A Navigator on Your Wrist
Inside the Garmin Tactix 7 smartwatch is a built-in satellite receiver compatible with GPS, GLONASS, and GALILEO systems, giving you precise information about your current location. If you often venture into the field, you will certainly appreciate the ABC sensors (Altimeter, Barometer, and three-axis Compass) to facilitate navigation. These sensors can be calibrated automatically, or you can perform a manual calibration. You can use the navigation function to automatically calculate a route to your destination or plan your own on a computer or mobile phone. You can do this through Mapy.cz and the Garmin Connect journal. Golf fans will appreciate the presence of golf course maps (CourseView). You can look forward to more than 42,000 golf courses from around the world. Skiers are similarly well-catered for, as the Garmin watch has 2,000 maps (SkiView) of resorts ready for them. In the Garmin Tactix 7, you can also view detailed TopoActive topographic maps, which can be downloaded for free. You can also update the watch without a computer thanks to the built-in WiFi receiver. The topographic maps offer an optional display of federal public land boundaries, making it easy to see where you are entering and where you are currently located. Garmin maps covering the entire world are integrated directly into the watch.
Health Features of the Garmin Tactix 7 Watch
In the watch and mobile app, you can monitor a whole range of important indicators about your activity, health, and rest. You can look forward to features such as: Body Battery function - this feature gives you a complete overview of how your body copes with strain and determines whether you are getting enough sleep, overexerting yourself, etc. Wrist-based heart rate - the Garmin watch measures your heart rate throughout the day and alerts you if it is too low or too high. Pulse Oximeter - find out how well your body absorbs oxygen during the day and night. Stress tracking - based on an evaluation of heart rate variability, this function determines the current level of stress on your body. Fitness Age - the watch uses your biological age, weekly activity, resting heart rate, and BMI to determine your fitness age and whether your body is younger or older than you actually are. Sleep monitoring - the Garmin Tactix 7 smartwatch can recognise light, deep, and REM sleep stages, as well as time spent moving. Respiration rate - the watch records and measures your breathing rate throughout the day, even during sleep. In the app, you can then choose various breathing exercises to help you with proper breathing or to get rid of high stress. Intensity minutes - get information on how much activity you record, at what time, and during which activity. Hydration tracking - it's important to stay well-hydrated during your activities. You can set a hydration plan in your Garmin Tactix 7 smartwatch and track your progress. The watch can then also display your estimated sweat loss.
