Keep your body in check with the Garmin Venu 3 smartwatch
To help you keep your body in check, the Garmin Venu 3 smartwatch offers a range of functions and technologies for the most accurate results. For example, the watch can determine your fitness age based on your weekly activity, your age, your resting heart rate, and your BMI index. Since it's common for things to get stressful during the day, the Garmin Venu 3 also includes breathing exercises to help you calm down. The Garmin Venu 3 smartwatch constantly measures your heart rate, which is why it can accurately determine how hard your workout was. Sleep is also important, of course, and that's precisely why the watch can determine the quality of your sleep and then show you an overall sleep score. The Garmin Venu 3 smartwatch offers a range of other features you might find useful. These include: Breathing measurement - the Garmin Venu 3 smartwatch can measure your breathing activity throughout the day (during activities, rest and sleep). Hydration tracking - you can log your fluid intake on your Garmin Venu 3 and set reminders to rehydrate. Women's health features - use the Garmin Connect app to track your menstrual cycle or pregnancy, record your own notes, or get various information and recommended exercises. Stress monitoring - the smartwatch also measures your stress level, and if it rises above an elevated value, the Garmin Venu 3 will recommend a breathing exercise to help you calm down. PULSE OX sensor - the PULSE OX sensor ensures accurate and reliable measurement of your blood oxygen saturation. Body Battery function - this function gives you a complete overview of how your body is coping with stress and determines whether you are getting enough sleep, if you are overdoing it, etc.
A wide range of sports activities and a mode for wheelchair users
The Garmin Venu 3 watch features a variety of animated exercises and workouts (cardio, strength training, Pilates, etc.), but you can download many more to your smartwatch via the Garmin Connect app. The smartwatch already offers more than 25 pre-set indoor and outdoor sports modes - for example, running, walking, cycling, golf and a whole range of others. If you want to create your own workout, you can easily do so using your smartphone and the Garmin Connect app to build a custom workout. Once you have it ready, just move it from the app on your smartphone to your Garmin Venu 3 watch. New to Garmin smartwatches, you can use the wheelchair mode, which tracks pushes instead of steps and offers activity tracking for pushes and handcycling. Wheelchair users can take advantage of special challenges, pre-loaded workouts and animated workouts focused on strength, cardio, HIIT, Pilates or yoga.
Stay in touch with the world around you with the Garmin Venu 3 smartwatch
If you pair the Garmin Venu 3 smartwatch with your mobile phone, you will receive notifications for incoming emails and messages (if you have Android, you can also reply to messages), and you can even answer calls. You can confidently pay in shops directly with your smartwatch thanks to Garmin Pay support. If you love music, you'll appreciate the ability to download songs to your watch and use wireless headphones to listen to music without needing your phone with you. Another benefit of the Garmin Venu 3 smartwatch is its safety and tracking feature. If you connect the watch to your smartphone, in case of danger or an accident, you can send your coordinates to your contacts so they can call for help, for example. This can be activated manually or automatically (during selected sports activities).
Wear the Garmin Venu 3 smartwatch all day and take it anywhere
The Garmin Venu 3 smartwatch has a high-quality battery that keeps it running for up to 14 days in smartwatch mode. If you want maximum control over your power consumption, you can adjust everything you need to make your Garmin Venu 3 last as long as possible. You will certainly appreciate that the watch is water-resistant to 5 ATM, so you can comfortably swim or take a shower with it. Precise positioning is handled by a trio of satellite systems—GPS, GLONASS, and GALILEO—which give you accurate information about distance, speed, and location.
Garmin Venu 3 uses QuickRelease bands
Thanks to the interchangeable straps with the QuickRelease mechanism, you can adapt the look of your Garmin Venu 3 smartwatch to suit your style. Simply remove the strap by sliding the pin and attach a new one. Silicone, leather or metal straps are available in various colours.
