Goodie RAW mustard oil is a 100% pure, cold-pressed, extra virgin BIO oil of Czech origin, made from select mustard seeds from the Bohemian Central Highlands. This deep golden oil, naturally high in unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins, minerals and phytosterols, supports the hydration, nourishment and regeneration of the skin and is particularly suitable for dry, sensitive and problematic skin types. Its naturally soothing and warming effects help to improve skin circulation and the healing process. Use:
For skincare, first cleanse and dampen your skin with a floral water or toner, for example. Then apply a small amount of Goodie oil to the skin of your face or body using circular motions and gently massage it in. Repeat as needed, 1–2× a day.
For hair care, first warm the oil slightly in your palms. Then gently rub it into the scalp and along the entire length of your hair, leave for 10 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
For direct consumption, take the oil in the morning on an empty stomach or with breakfast to support normal digestion. In the kitchen, use it as an ingredient in dressings and marinades or as a natural food preservative.
