Food supplement GREEN IDEA Valerian herbal extract Valeriana officinalis is 100% vegan, for nervousness and insomnia. Stress, nervousness and sleep disturbances can be triggers for serious diseases. The knot contributes to a restful and restful sleep and to the normal functioning of the nervous system (cognitive function). It is recommended to be used for relaxation in case of restlessness, anxiety and nervousness. Supports the normal functioning of the cardiovascular and digestive tract.

- Valerian stand. Root extract 200 mg / 200 - 400 mg
- Vitamin C 10 mg / 10 - 20 mg 12.5 - 25 % RHP
What does "RHP" mean?
The RHP refers to the amount of vitamins or minerals that a person should take in a day to meet their basic nutritional requirements and to avoid deficiency of these substances. This value replaced the recommended daily allowance (RDA)
Recommended dosage
1 capsule 2 times a day or 1 - 2 capsules 30 minutes before sleep. Administer in one phase for 4 weeks, then discontinue for 2 weeks.
Storage
Keep dry at room temperature. Do not store in direct sunlight or in freezing conditions.
Notice
Dietary supplement. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Not suitable for children under three years of age, pregnant and nursing mothers. Keep out of reach of children! It is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
