How is B-complex Lalmin made?
This premium ingredient is created through a process of biofortification. As they grow, Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeasts are fed B vitamins, which they naturally incorporate into their own structure.
The result is organically bound vitamins, which are then gently dried. This step causes the yeast to lose its activity—it becomes completely inactive but retains its high bioavailability and stability.
