Balakryl POLYUREX water-based polyurethane floor varnish is designed for interior coating of heavy-use surfaces. It forms a protective film on floors, stairs, furniture, doors and wooden panelling. It is also suitable for cork or chipboard, meeting the demands of high-traffic areas such as kitchens, corridors or sports facilities. Once dry, it leaves a transparent matt finish that is resistant to abrasion, chemicals and UV radiation. The water-soluble base means it dries quickly in approximately 1 hour and is odourless.

Application and technical properties of Balakryl varnish

Apply the varnish to the prepared surface with a brush or roller. To ensure adequate protection, we recommend applying three coats, with the next coat applicable after approximately one hour. The coverage of the varnish is 7m²/L per coat, although final consumption depends on the absorbency and texture of the coated substrate. Simply wash used tools with clean water immediately after finishing work.
