Bradley Smoker - Briquettes Oak 48pcs

Bradley Smoker - Briquettes Oak 48pcs
The secret of the Bradley smoker chambers lies in the taste hidden in the Bradley wood briquettes. Wood sawdust is used for their production. The sawdust is pressed together at the correct densities under a precisely controlled pressure. The taste of smoked meals varies considerably depending on which type of wood has been used. Oak briquettes are commonly used for smoking beef, game and pork meat, such as pork shoulder or beef ribs.

The principle of smoking meat in the Bradley smoke chamber
The Bradley smoke chamber burns one briquette for 20 minutes. It produces a clean taste of wood in cold smoke. Once a briquette is smoked, the smoke generator automatically pushes it into a bowl of water to prevent unwanted ash bursts. Subsequently, another briquette is loaded from the container to automatically keep the smoking process running.
When burning briquettes there is no burning, thus the pure taste of the selected wood is preserved. If a higher temperature of combustion of wood occurs, undesirable gases and combustion resin products will be generated. However, that does not happen in the Bradley smoker chamber, so you do not have to worry that these unwanted issues will disrupt the perfect taste of your smoked meals.
