The CATTARA ROYAL Charcoal Grill is characterised by its robust and durable steel construction with a black finish, as well as a spacious cast iron grid for versatile grilling. For perfect meat preparation, the entire grill can be covered with a solid lid to prevent heat from escaping and ensure the food is cooked evenly. The steel construction has a thick black paint finish. Another advantage is the charcoal grid with an adjustable height of 9–21 cm from the grilling area, using a crank on the front. A door on the front of the grill makes it easy to add more charcoal. It is also equipped with a warming rack to maintain the temperature of already cooked food. The hinged lid is fitted with a thermometer for constant monitoring of the temperature inside the grill.
Ample storage space, including a rack to keep cooked food warm, ensures maximum grilling convenience. The folding side shelf with hooks is very practical, allowing you to comfortably place necessary dishes, grilling utensils, and a tea towel. The Cattara ROYAL is equipped with sturdy, easy-to-grip handles that make handling the grill very simple. With the large wheels on one side of the base, you can easily move the grill at any time.
Mobility is ensured by metal legs along with two wheels, complemented by a reinforcing frame at the bottom of the grill, which also serves as storage space. The side is equipped with a folding table for storing various grilling equipment or the food itself.
An undeniable advantage of the Cattara ROYAL garden grill is the adjustable height of the charcoal grid, which you can easily set as needed between 9–21cm using the crank on the front of the grill. Optimal airflow during grilling is ensured by cleverly designed vents, which allow air to circulate continuously and prevent the fire from going out. You can conveniently monitor the current temperature inside the Cattara ROYAL grill on the built-in thermometer.
An interesting feature of the Cattara ROYAL grill is the removable central part of the grill grid. After removing it, you can place, for example, a grill pan or other cookware in the resulting opening. The Cattara ROYAL garden grill has an integrated bottle opener.
