PPG Primalex thin-layer glaze 3in1 pine antique, 5 l

Primalex 3-in-1 wood stain is designed for protective and decorative coatings on outdoor wooden surfaces such as fences, pergolas, cladding, windows, and doors. It combines impregnation, primer, and top coat in one, eliminating the need to apply multiple separate products. The solvent-based formula penetrates deep into the wood structure and provides protection against wood-boring insects and fungi. Thanks to its thin-film formula, the wood retains its natural grain and the surface gets a matte finish in an antique pine shade.

Application and properties

Apply the wood stain to a clean, dry surface. You can apply it with a brush in two coats, with no thinning required. One litre covers approximately 15m² in a single coat, though the final consumption depends on the absorbency and type of wood. The coating does not crack or peel, which enables subsequent treatment without sanding and makes future maintenance easier.
