PPG Primalex thin-layer varnish 3in1 pine medium, 2,5 l

Primalex 3-in-1 wood stain is designed to protect and decorate outdoor wooden surfaces, such as fences, pergolas, cladding, windows, and doors. It combines impregnation, primer, and top coat in one, eliminating the need for other products. The solvent-based stain penetrates deep into the wood fibres to provide protection against UV rays and mould. Thanks to its thin-layer formula, the wood retains its natural grain, resulting in a matte finish in a pine shade.

Application and technical specifications

For best results, apply the stain to a clean, dry, and well-sanded surface. Apply in two coats using a brush. One litre covers approximately 15m², although actual consumption depends on the absorbency and type of wood. You can apply the next coat after approximately 12 hours. The main advantage is that the finish does not crack or peel, so there is no need to sand the surface for subsequent maintenance.
