Coriolus, also known as Turkey Tail or Yun Zhi in traditional Chinese medicine, is a mushroom that has been used for over 2000 years. It is known primarily for its immunomodulatory properties and its content of long-chain sugars - polysaccharides PSP and PSK, which have been extensively studied for their effect on the immune system and support of overall health.
