Dobrý den, používám zásuvku IMMAX NEO Zigbee Smart vnitřní zásuvka v3. Zásuvka je připojena k přímotopu o jmenovitém výkonu 2000 W, který je v provozu dlouhodobě (v řádu hodin), buď trvale nebo řízeně termostatem (chytrým čidlem). Chtěl bych se zeptat výrobce na oficiální stanovisko: Je tato zásuvka konstrukčně a softwarově určena k dlouhodobému měření trvalého příkonu spotřebiče v řádu 1500–2000 W (nebo i do max 16 A, odporová zátěž), nebo je měření spotřeby určeno pouze pro krátkodobé či proměnné zátěže? Konkrétně: relé zůstává sepnuté ale často přestane být reportován okamžitý příkon (0 W), přestože spotřebič je prokazatelně v provozu. Signál Zigbee je stabilní a bez překážek (signál dobrý). Rád bych věděl, zda se jedná o: očekávané chování při trvalé zátěži známé omezení měření nebo případnou vadu zařízení. Jakožto bránu používám: IMMAX NEO MULTI BRIDGE PRO Smart Zigbee 3.0, BT v3. Modem 2,4 GHz > 4 metry > Multi Bridge > 7 metrů > Zigbee zásuvka. Děkuji za upřesnění.
