The active ingredient is ibuprofen. One ml of oral suspension contains 40 mg of ibuprofen. Ibuprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that is used to relieve pain, reduce inflammation and fever. It blocks the production of certain chemicals in the body that are responsible for pain and inflammation.



In infants and children from 3 months to 12 years, the usual daily dose is 20-30 mg/kg, which is administered in 3-4 divided doses, with a dosing interval of 6-8 hours. This product is intended for short-term use only. Children should be given the lowest dose for the shortest period of time necessary to relieve the symptoms of the disease. Do not take more than 3 days (no more than one day for infants 3 to 6 months) without consulting a physician. Children aged 3-6 months (5-6 kg) are given 1.25 ml of suspension 3 times a day, children aged 7-12 months (7-9 kg) 3-4 times a day 1.25 ml. Children aged 1-3 years (10-15 kg) take 2.5 ml 3 times a day, children aged 4-6 years (16-19 kg) take 3.75 ml 3 times a day, children aged 7-9 years (20-29 kg) take 5 ml of the suspension 3 times a day, and children aged 10-12 years (30-39 kg) take 5 ml 3-4 times a day.

The product must not be used by people who have a known hypersensitivity to ibuprofen, acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin) or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. It can manifest as hives, asthma attacks or other allergic reactions. Inflanor 40 mg/ml contains sorbitol (E 420). Must be taken into account when intolerant to certain sugars. Sorbitol may cause indigestion and have a mild laxative effect. In patients with a history of gastric ulcers or gastrointestinal bleeding, ibuprofen is contraindicated. Patients with severe cardiac, hepatic or renal impairment should not use the product. If in doubt, consult your doctor or pharmacist, especially if the patient has any associated medical conditions or is taking other medications.
Keep this product out of sight and reach of children. Store at temperatures up to 25 °C. Do not use this product after the expiry date stated on the box and bottle after EXP. The expiry date shall be the last day of the month indicated. Shelf life after first opening the bottle is 1 year. Do not dispose of any medicines in wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of products you no longer use. These measures help protect the environment the environment.
