The new iPhone 13 is equipped with a 6.1" Super Retina XDR display, offering a fine resolution of 2532×1170 pixels with a pixel density of 460 pixels per inch. Its key benefits include support for HDR 10 and Dolby Vision, a maximum brightness of 800 nits (up to 1200 in HDR), and an impressive 2,000,000:1 contrast ratio. The entire front of the Apple iPhone 13 mobile phone is protected by a specially developed glass called Ceramic Shield.

Although it seemed almost impossible, the iPhone 13 takes camera quality to a whole new level. The brand-new wide-angle camera has a sensor with 1.7µm pixels for less noise and a faster shutter speed, essential for high-quality shots in various lighting conditions. Combined with an ƒ/1.6 aperture, the iPhone 13's wide-angle camera delivers a huge improvement in low-light situations—up to 2.2× better than the iPhone 12 Pro and almost 1.5× better than the iPhone 12 Pro Max. Sensor-shift optical image stabilisation (OIS) is available on both models and stabilises the sensor instead of the lens, so images are smooth and videos are steady, even when you're moving. You also get an ultra-wide camera with a 120-degree field of view.

The Apple iPhone 13 can now shoot video with depth of field and automatically rack focus between key subjects. This is because the special Cinematic mode can identify the most important element in your shot. It's such an incredibly computationally demanding task that even the Apple A15 Bionic chip will be put to the test. Recording video in HDR with active Dolby Vision is possible in up to 4K resolution at 60fps.
