Ingredients
Curcuma longa root extract 157 mg with 95% curcuminoid content. ADDITIVES: filler: inulin 300 mg, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
Recommended dosage
The recommended dose is 1 to 2 capsules per day, taken optimally with food and a glass of water. Choose the amount of the product according to your weight. The product should preferably be taken with or after meals. It should contain fats. Curcumin is easily soluble in fats. The Liftea Curcumin dietary supplement can be taken on a long-term basis.
