Chicory nasturtium, cream leaf, marigold flower, peppermint extract, thistle fruit, yarrow root, rape seed, raspberry leaf, blackberry leaf.
Recommended dosage
Drink 1-2 times a day. Can be used long term.
Preparation
One level tablespoon is poured over 1/4 litre of boiling water, left to stand in a covered container for 15 minutes and strained. The infusion is always prepared fresh.
