Jukl Lady's Mantle Herb
Lady's mantle, or Alchemilla vulgaris, helps all women with gynaecological problems and ensures their menstrual comfort. Its other proven effects include supporting normal joint function (relieving heavy legs) and joint condition, as well as ensuring the proper function of the respiratory and digestive systems.

Contents of 1 bag: 50g dried lady's mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris) herb.
Preparation instructions
Take 1–2 teaspoons of the herbal mixture. Pour over 250ml of hot water and cover. Leave to infuse for 10–15 minutes. Always prepare the tea fresh.
Period of use
If you are trying to get pregnant, only drink lady's mantle tea during the first half of your menstrual cycle. If you suffer from gynaecological problems, drink lady's mantle tea continuously and long-term. Herbal remedies start to affect your body in about 2–4 weeks. It is therefore recommended to take natural food supplements regularly and for a long period. You can combine several herbal teas throughout the day as needed. It is not advisable to use herbal teas for specific problems with the same composition for a long time, i.e. for several months. It is better to vary the composition of the herbal mixture.
Recommended dosage
2–3 cups per day. Ideally, drink the tea on an empty stomach/before a meal. 50g of loose tea corresponds to a course of about 2 weeks. The duration of a herbal tea drinking course is usually 3–6 weeks.

This herbal tea is a food supplement and does not serve as a substitute for a varied diet. Not intended for children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

Store in a dry place up to 25°C. Protect from sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
