This herbal blend is designed to contribute to the activity of white blood cells in the bone marrow and help protect cells from free radicals, thanks to a careful combination of selected herbs. The tea is also designed for those looking for a natural herbal drink that can support the overall drinking regime and the body's natural balance. Thanks to the content of herbs such as nettle, elderflower or calendula, the blend is traditionally one of the teas that is drunk as a supplement in general body care.
Ingredients
Nettle, No black, Marigold, Dandelion, Rozrazil, Ladder, St. John's wort, Sizzle.
Recommended dosage
Drink the infusion 2-3 times a day according to taste as part of your drinking regime.
Preparation
Pour 2 teaspoons (2-3 g) of the mixture into 250 ml of boiling water. Cover and leave to infuse for 8-10 minutes, then strain.
