LEROS Joyful Sleep 20x1g

A herbal tea prepared to soothe frayed nerves and help you fall asleep after a demanding day. The common poppy is a half-forgotten but effective herb that has a relaxing effect and helps to induce sleep. Camomile adds a positive mood, and hemp brings something new to traditional herbs for a peaceful night's sleep. If you need to switch into a pleasant sleep mode in the evening, this blend is exactly for you.

Preparation and dosage

Pour a cup (250ml) of boiling water over 1 tea bag and remove the bag after infusing for 5–8 minutes in a covered container. The tea should be drunk warm. Always prepare fresh.

Adults:
1 cup daily 2–3 hours before bedtime. Do not exceed the stated dosage. The recommended duration of use is 3 weeks. The course can be repeated after 2 weeks.

Taste and aroma

It stands out with the sweet aroma of camomile and the heady spiciness of the common poppy. The taste of hemp is in the background. A shorter infusion brings out the aroma of camomile and common poppy, while a longer one reveals the scent of hemp and adds a pleasant tea-like bitterness.
