How to use:
Before the first use and after your period, wash the cup with warm water and mild soap. Boil for 5–7 minutes in plenty of water. Let it air dry. Store it in the cotton bag until its next use. Remove it every 4–8 hours, rinse it, and reinsert it. Always wash your hands before inserting and after removing the MamiCup. Wash with mild soap and water each time you empty it. Avoid irritation by ensuring all soap residue is rinsed away.
